Do you
think there’s
a spiritual side to art?
Paint From Your Soul™ is a 5-week journey back to the parts of yourself you've been afraid to show.
This isn't a painting class. It's one-on-one inner work — using the canvas as the doorway — for women who are done performing and ready to be met.
See how it works ↓
Underneath a life that looks like it's working, there's often a version of you that's gone quiet — the one who used to make things just because she wanted to, before "useful" and "impressive" took over.
Paint From Your Soul™ is a space to find her again — not through talking about her, but by putting brush in hand and seeing what she still has to say.
HOW IT WORKS
This program combines three things:
Intuitive painting — no technique, no talent required. The canvas responds to what's true, not what's polished.
Soul-centered practice — we work with what's sacred and unspoken, not just what's visible.
Personalized guidance — every session is one-on-one with me. No group, no performing for an audience.
Paint From Your Soul™ is for you if:
You feel creatively stuck, but you know it's not really about the painting
You've done the therapy, the journaling, the podcasts — and you're ready for something that works through the body and the hands, not just the head
You're circling a bigger question about your calling, your worth, or what you actually want — and you're tired of circling alone
You're not looking for a technique. You're looking for permission
What You’ll Walk Away With:
A deeper understanding of yourself and what's been asking for your attention
A practice you can return to on your own, long after the program ends
Language for feelings and patterns that have been hard to name
A finished piece that reflects something true — not something impressive.

Five sessions. One canvas that becomes a mirror.
Each session, we meet one-on-one — no group, no audience — and paint through a different layer of what's asking to be seen.
Session 1 — Arrival We slow down and paint our emotions — first honest marks on the canvas, first honest answers to what's actually going on inside.
Session 2 — The Weight, The Muse We learn the four divine feminine archetypes and meet your muse — naming the weight you've been carrying, and what could be instead.
Session 3 — The Want We paint toward what you've been afraid to want out loud.
Session 4 — Being Seen We paint. We listen. This is where being seen does its work — what happens on the canvas when you stop editing.
Session 5 — Integration We look at the whole piece, and the whole journey, together — and name what it's telling you.
What's included in every session:
90 minutes, one-on-one or group work, online
A guided intuitive painting practice
Reflection prompts to carry between sessions
A closing integration conversation in Session 5

You don't need to know what you're going to paint. You don't need to know what you're avoiding, either. You just need to be willing to sit down and find out — with someone holding space for whatever comes up.

No, we are not in favor of critiquing artwork in general. We don't find it therapeutic or supportive of the art maker. What we will do is brainstorm and share to receive feedback and inspiration as you go through the process
-
For the specific process we are doing in this program, acrylics are necessary.
We love all mediums but acrylics offer a quick dry time and ability to build up layers that we need for this experiential.

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes missing a class might be unavoidable. Here's how we can help you catch up if you miss a session in our PFYS program:
Class Materials: Depending on the week you miss, we'll provide you with alternative learning materials. This could include detailed class notes, video recordings of the session (if available), or specific painting exercises to complete on your own.
Staying on Track: To ensure a smooth transition back into the program, please let us know at least 24 hours before the missed class. This allows us to personalize your catch-up materials and guide you on how to best integrate them into the next week's module.
